Green Delta Insurance Company Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager with excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strategic mindset to drive client satisfaction and foster company growth. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in ensuring strong and lasting connections with our valued clients. This position involves taking on the responsibility to encompass client relationship management, business house oversight, and proactive business development

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients (Direct Business). Understanding client needs and ensuring they are met effectively. Regularly communicating with clients to update them on renewals and new circulars from IDRA.
Business House Management: Managing and overseeing business houses (Direct business) to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Monitoring business houses performance and identifying opportunities for growth or improvement. Cross-selling and upselling products or services to existing clients.
Business Development: Identifying potential clients and markets to expand the company's client base. Creating and implementing strategies to attract new clients.
Product Knowledge: Make the client knowable regarding all the products and features of our company.

Educational Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:

2- 3 years of experience in Product Development/Management

Additional Requirements:

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Empathy and Relationship Building: Ability to understand and empathize with clients, building trust and rapport for long-term relationships.
Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to analyze complex situations and provide viable solutions to address client needs and concerns
